  1. Are meals offered during trainings and conference?

    We will offer a continental breakfast (croissants and coffee) in the morning and a hot meal around noon.

  2. Are training sessions included in the price of the conference?

    The conference tickets are separate from the training tickets. You can choose to either attend the conference or the training sessions. You can also participate in both activities since they are not happening on the same days.

  3. Is the conference eligible for the 1% training law?

    Yes.

  4. Is it possible to use the same ticket for several people?

    We will not grant access to people sharing badges during the conference. Since the badges are nominative, the rule is that one badge is attributed to one specific person.

  5. What can I do if I cannot attend the conference after purchasing the ticket?

    You may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and before February 13th. After that date, you could give your ticket to another person. To change the name on the ticket, log into your confoo.ca account.
