ConFoo 2012: A Success

ConFoo 2012 was a major success with an attendance increase of over 30% to reach 600 people. We had 160 presentations around various web development topics.

Attendees appreciated the presentations being helpful and giving them a lot of ideas to improve their work. The presentations aimed to please a wide range of programmer levels. There were over 100 knowledgeable speakers from 11 different countries.

Year after year, ConFoo attendees enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the resulting networking opportunities. Activities such as on-site lunch and a community cocktail in the evening increased these opportunities further. Speakers could be easily approached at any time and organizers were always in sight to answer any question or just for a chat.

We have put together a short promotional clip to show you how amazing the event is. As one of our organizers said "when we are here, the technology religions no longer exist".
