  1. Are meals offered during trainings and conference?

    We will offer croissants and coffee in the morning and a full hot meal around noon.

  2. Are training sessions included in the price of the conference?

    The conference tickets are separate from the training tickets. You can participate in both activities since they are not happening on the same days.

  3. Is the conference eligible for the 1% training law in Quebec?

    Yes, 89% of the ticket price is eligible (only applicable to Quebec events).

  4. Is it possible to use the same ticket for several people?

    Only one person can use the ticket at any given time. If you lose it or forget it at home, we will not be able to issue a new one.

  5. What can I do if I cannot attend the conference after purchasing the ticket?

    You may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the event. Otherwise, you could transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us.

  6. Can I get an invitation letter for my visa?

    No. Unless you are a speaker, we don't provide invitation letters. This is due to high risk of immigration fraud.
