  1. Are meals offered during trainings and conference?

    We will offer a continental breakfast (croissants and coffee) in the morning and a hot meal around noon.

  2. Are training sessions included in the price of the conference?

    The conference tickets are separate from the training tickets. You can participate in both activities since they are not happening on the same days.

  3. Is the conference eligible for the 1% training law?

    Yes, 89% of the ticket price is eligible.

  4. Is it possible to use the same ticket for several people?

    Only one person can use the ticket at any given time. If you lose it or forget it at home, we will not be able to issue a new one.

  5. What can I do if I cannot attend the conference after purchasing the ticket?

    You may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and before January 20, 2016. After that date, you could give your ticket to another person. To change the name on the ticket, log into your confoo.ca account.
