Playing in the Rain: Preparing for Incidents with Game Days
You can’t anticipate an incident, so how do you ensure your team is prepared in the event of one? At Ambassador Labs we run controlled exercises every six weeks to simulate real incidents and practice our response to them. In this talk, we’ll highlight how we’ve used these exercises to continuously improve our products and processes. We’ll share our playbook for Game Days and offer tips to make you successful based on what we’ve learned so far.
