A lot of dev teams are going remote now, but without the correct infrastructure and processes in place you may not be able to support those remote workers team members. During this session we’ll discuss some of the preparations you should make before bringing remote staff on board, as well as how to make them successful once they're there, including communication, documentation, and culture challenges.
