Marcel Gervais, MBA, is Founder and Principal Consultant of MGI Consultant and a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner. He works with leaders and organizations on leadership, organizational change, strategy, and team performance. During eight years with a national public-sector organization, he worked closely with IT and PMO teams and contributed to major ERP, CRM, and talent management system implementations.
